- We offer ” flat rate shipping ” in USA except HI, AK by white glove service.
* White glove service: The delivery team will bring in and place your new mattress into your bedroom, unpack it and take away the packaging for you. (Delivery is up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery carrier.)Time:
After order, it will be taken about 2~ 3 weeks included delivery location.
(by some special reason, area of country,weather & some of circumstance, will be counted on more days.)Timing & Delivery :
From time of order, receive your mattress in about 3 to 5 weeks on purchases anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible. Remote locations may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.Scheduling Delivery :
We will email you tracking status and arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery carrier, approximately a week after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
Order Cancellation/ Return Policy
- Mattress Order Cancellation/Return Policy :
- All mattresses are made NEW by manufacture and the customer can cancel the order within 2 days and receive full refund. Otherwise, return shipping charges will be incurred. To cancel an order, call us at 1-267-551-0001 or email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please be aware your mattress, foundation (boxspring), and/or adjustable base purchase is non-refundable. However, your mattress purchase is backed by our 4-weeks guarantee. (Please see Mattress Exchange Guarantee for details.)
- In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue at no cost to you It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product and packaging thoroughly during delivery. Please record any packaging and/or product damage on the delivery receipt that will be provided by the delivery personnel. In the event that there is damage to both the product and packaging, please refuse the order with the delivery personnel. Contact us within 1 business day at 1-267-551-0001 and we will work diligently to get you a replacement item. Please be assured that all bedding comes with the original manufacturer warranty. This means that any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and will not need to be returned to us. However, we will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.
Mattress Exchange Guarantee :
If you are not completely satisfied with mattress within 4 weeks, we only exchange SAME AS SIZE of first one. only 1 time can be exchanged. And you can exchange equal or greater value paying the different cost of the original mattress selected and new. If choose a less expensive, we do not credit back the different and there is still an exchange fee for $150.00 and pay for shipping cost as well. If further asking, email to email@example.com
Our Furniture and Linens Cancellation/Return Policy :
- Furniture Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 48 hours. Orders after 48 hours are unable to be canceled or changed as we are financially responsible for the order and their shipping is already in process. Those orders would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy. (Please see the below.)
- For all other bedding and accessories, any orders that can be stopped with no cancellation fee prior to production. Most orders are manufactured within about 14 days of placing your order.
Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders :
- Purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for incurred return shipping fees and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled.
- In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product and packaging thoroughly during delivery. If your new furniture is damaged during shipment, please record any packaging and/or product damage on the delivery receipt that will be provided by the delivery personnel. Contact us within 1 business day at 1-800-455-1052. In order to speed up your request, please take photos of the damage and all included tags/stickers prior to contacting us, as photographic evidence is required in the approval process. We will send replacement parts at no extra charge. If there is significant shipping damage to your new furniture, please refuse the damaged items with the carrier and contact us immediately so that we can get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale :
Ready To Assemble product that has been assembled, Clearance and Overstock Items, Unpackaged Linens are final sales and unable to be returned or exchanged.
